Hi danicaserrano! Yes indeed, there will never be a greater symbol of love than God himself. Its so amazing how God have loved us that even though we did not follow Him and we have sinned greatly against Him, He still care and gave us His beloved son, Jesus Christ just to save us. 1 John 4:9 "By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins." Have a nice day!

The Bible says in John 15:13 "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends". So I agree with you that the greatest symbol of love is not the heart by the cross. The greatest love has been displayed by the Lord Jesus at the cross of Calvary. No other kind of love can ever surpassed this. He gave his life a ransom for all so that men can find life through Him. Indeed the greatest love of all is the love of Jesus for us. It is not what a popular song says that the greatest love of all is love for oneself.
