dog behaviour issues...

I have a year old jack russel. She is absolutly amazimg with my son and i. A big cuddler. She gets daily activity and proper nutrition. But when people come by or the neighbours come home even though she knows them she still barks all the time. I have tried lemon juice, spray bottle, electronoc sound, clicker traiming. I am at a loss at what else.to.try for her.

That is one of the problems I have noticed with my dog, too. He is a golden labrador, a play dog. But I have noticed that it doesn't take overnight for a dog to remember the people he sees. It takes a lot of exposure for the dog with the people he meets until he actually gets used by them and won't bark anymore. There may also be other factors that contribute with the barking though.

That is a very valid point. I still have hope that this will stop. Going to goto the library and see if there is anything that i can find that is relevent to her species, and go fron there.
