Everyday i try and do something that makes me happy. I suffer many disorders that make this difficult somedays. I also like to keep a positive outlook in every situation because i know that this helps when confronted with bad situations and bad circumstances. What point of advice would you tell someone if they were having a bad day to put a smile on there face and boost there spirits?

Well I know for me, I try to meditate. Idk if your into this, but it does help to draw out the neg. energy. Listening to Music is another way to lift you up... get your fav. song in the whole world.. sing it as loud as you can over and over!! lol, i know sound funny but it helps.. I do it in the car sometimes when I'm down and out. I dont care who hears me if im driving. forget them! lol. if it makes you happy then do it. :)

The happiness comes from the inside. You are the one who decide how to feel. Ummmm...I personally enjoy many small things like picking up fruits from trees , cudling with my cute dog on the bed , helping my grandmom , my sister , my mother and my friend. Sometimes , when I feel bad , I try to break the chain of negative thoughts by picking up a random thought , I generate random letters , and give them a meaning by my imagination , so it makes me feel creative , thinking I can solve everything.

Usually the small things in life that people tend to forget about is what brings the most happiness in life, and that is in many perspectives.

I don't know your disorders so I don't know if you can do this..but I just got up and dancecd to "Burning Bridges' on u-Tube. I like to do this ever so often so I don't sit for a long time and it's great exercise and very very uplifting. Find a song you really like and play it on u-tube..and either get up and dance or just move shoulders, arms, tush etc to the beat ....is quite energizing.
