my computer screen going blue

HELP HELP HELP i had shut down my laptop last night now it wont start up the screen is going blue ....it is restarting on ALT+CTRL+DEL but again the screen going blue help me

You have encounter a common windows problem which can only solved by reinstalling the windows. So just reintall the windows.... i hope next time you keep your data on other partition so when this thing happen again you won't be worrying about loosing data.

I believe your windows folder may have been corrupted. What is your operating system? You need to reformat it I think. That's the last option. When I was using windows xp before I experienced similar problems and the only solution would be reformat.
