If you are at all aware at the power youtube has surly you'd have noticed how many people seem to put everything they have into it. This is fair enough what may start out as just for fun ranting or graphics or gaming, anything you can think of really, can turn into a job. When you get a certain amount of views or interest from Youtube, they will send you a link saying you can monetize your videos. Some of the big youtube players have quit there day job and made 1-2 videos per week. With getting millions of views per video this seems to be enough to live a quite happy life.
But is it worth it?
Pros:
doing something you enjoy
money through videos being creative
etc.
Cons:
life later,
having to be tied down to making videos
family? what if you start a family.
Of course the cons are going to be there no matter what job you have. I think if you can pull it off then yeah go for it but until then don't put all your eggs in one basket. What do you think?

I never really knew that youtube did that. Something that I am of course going to look into and see what it all is. I would not put all my eggs in one basket, but that is my opinion, if you can make a living off of it and support the people that you need to support by all means, but what if the stream of income stops? It is really realistically like leaving the house for work.
