Do you think that Oliver Sykes should leave Bring Me The Horizon??

I think that Oliver Sykes has a terrible and scary voice. I was amazed because of his voice when I heard their songs "Pray For Plagues", "Diamonds Aren't Forever". But when I heard their songs in their latest album "There Is A Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It, There Is A Heaven, Let's Keep It A Secret", I think that he cannot scream anymore, especially during live performance.. Do you think that he should live the band because he cannot scream?

I don't think he cannot scream anymore
maybe they wants to change their genre for BMTH latest album just to make it more acceptable for people around, and maybe it'll help 'em gain more popularity
I know they are amazing and the screams were changed
But BMTH is simply amazing just the way they are!
