I know it depends on a lot of factor but who do you think tends to be more successful, is it the people in the corporate world or those who take the risk of being a freelancer?

The one who is in the company working full time can be promoted if he/she has capabilities to do so. this way, one can be successful enough for the chosen path. while on freelancing, no one knows when will one succeed. well, there are freelancers who does earn big time for their chosen path. it's just a matter of thinking what freelancing to take part into... there are direct selling or multi-level marketing which one can earn big time even he/she spends the day part time...while doing another full time job as well...what do you think of that?

There are people who really have talent for doing that. They can do things while others cannot. We all have different ways how to find success I think. If now is not the time to be, time will come in the future, who knows, right? Just trust in God and do your thing!

It depends. But when it comes to having control over their lives, over their future, those who build their own ladder are often better off than those people who spend their lives climbing someone else's ladder.

Agree about that we need to do our best without stepping on other's to get to the top. There is no real challenge in that except for that fact that it is unethical to do so. I get a rush whenever I accomplish something big in my life.

It depends on what one is doing, the opportunities and the available resources. If a company offers me work for a defined pay and I can get the same amount of work by on my own to perform whenever I wish and receive same or more pay, then I will go freelance. I think people mostly go freelance or become self-employed because they want to be free to perform unrestrained and be their own boss.

There are both successful people that work from home online and people that work in the business world. I actually do both becaue th emoney is good and i like making money online like im doing now and i also work a part time job as well to bring in extra cash because making only 20 dollars online a month doesnt cut for paying the bills in life. Of course its great to have the extra money for maybe going out to eat or buying something online.

I like the idea of working as a freelancer. It's like working with passion and freedom. I want that kind of work too, but being here in another country doesn't allow foreigners to do so.

Yeah, I have the same idea. To be a freelancer, I can control the time and the anount of work. I don't have to get up early, go to work on time. I need not go home late when my work hasn't been finished. I not only can earn money but also take good care of my family when being a freelancer.

I think, it depends on how much do they earn but if you'll be just a freelancer it's not a stable job at all and you can't rely to that in your whole life.

HI stuckonu
People who are employed are the ones that are more successful as they have a job satisfaction which the freelancer doesn't have. But what freelancer can enjoy they cannot because freelancer is his own boss. He can decide what work he want to do there is no obligation at what work should he do or not. And maybe sometimes freelancer may earn much more that even employee cannot earn in several months.
But in terms of job security employee is on a safe side.
