stuckonu That's what I'm wondering too. If other detergent brands will suffice then I no longer have to buy this particular brand. Well, I guess I'll have to undergo a trial and error phase. And, yeah, not in the actual plug but on the cord.

stuckonu It's like the usual detergent powder in a plastic packaging. I attached it to the cord of our refrigerator and put some rubber band around it. Lastly, I pinch it a bit by a ball pen. It sounds really weird but it looks like it worked.

stuckonu Thanks for your insight. I hope that it is just a software issue. It was still able to detect the wifi signal but there was a yellow ! on the icon so I guess there are driver issue. I do hope it will be fixed soon.
