Has anyone here ever made money from file storage sites such as filesonic?

This is something that i am putting on my to do list tomorrow. Apparantly the to do list keeps getting longer and longer, but i like to try all the resources that i have at hand, the worst that happens is it will fail. I will come back with my feelings and outlook tomorrow or satirday and see :-)

I have an account in megaupload and currently they remove their rewards program so they temporarily stopped on paying their members. I haven't anything at megaupload yet. My current points is 15,000 I still need 85,000 more points so that i can cashout for $100. No one can request payout now because they stopped their rewards program. i haven't tried filesonic or other filehosting sites because I focus on megaupload. Too bad they temporarily stopped their reward program I hope they'll put it back soon.

I might have to look at filesonic..I like to save my files alot. I don't know whether anyone else wants them or not but they are usually older game roms from old 16bit consoles. :) I will check into those sites because they are fun.

I have just started growing my hands on file sharing sites. Seeing my friend he is making $100+ daily But now currently I have only made $0.29 in one week that is because I don't have much files on my server. Talking about the server I don't use Filesonic much I use it sometimes though. The most I concern on in WUpload which has given me whatever I have made it yet.

i don't know about filesonic. i always save my file to ziddu, and promote it at facebook. in ziddu, if anyone download your file, you earn money. but i never get money cause no one wanna download my files.

I made money with filesonic. it is great way to earn if you got the skills and right place to share your links. try it if you didn't already!

I think the ones who make money are the ones who actually own the sites. I do not know if anyone who uses can use it to sell photographs since the buyer of the photos would also have to pay for storage themselves. And I suppose that also applies to those who do writing or print calendars. Those are the only ways I can see making money but might not be as much as you would make by owning the file space yourself and printing the product out and mailing it.
