After responding to many discussions here in mylot I guess I have used all my brain. My brain is drained, and it is getting hard respond in discussions.I guess I should take a brake...maybe a day or two to refresh my mind. Our brain really is just like our muscles;it also gets cramps.Have this happened to you?lol.

You should take a break once in a while. There are a lot of discussions here, you shouldn't worry too much about running out of them.

That's great that you're signing off for a while. Too much myLot is not good.

That is actually a comforting thought because I really want to have some interesting discussions here. In the meantime though bluedoll needs to take a little break but came here to this topic to sign off. Actually, I want to go and do something with to my website that I just listed. Bye bye for now. Please stop staring at me frontvisions101. Being silly here. (not all the time)

I think I can relate to what you are going through too. I also feel drained some times and can not respond to discussions any more. It has been more so these past few days as I find it difficult to find discussions I can respond to adequately. I guess this topic you have started is a great way for me to express those emotions. It is a good discussion, I should have probably thought of it first

Okay, I guess you really need some break and rest.
I also feel that way, like I am being drained after responding too many topics.
Sometimes, there are too many interesting topics that I want to respond to all, but I get tired and can't think of the good words to use or write.
So, better have some rest and be back with fresh ideas again later.

sometimes i feel those too. but hey don't force yourself too much answering questions or responding to discussions. that will not happen to you if you really love answering discussions and you are not after money. Well a few couple of days of rest will do so you can refresh your mind. I do that sometimes and it feels good, its like after that moment you are eager again to answer some questions or responding to discussions. take a break have a kitkat lol. :)

yes dont give too much strain to your brain mate , its another view that some people come here to get rid of strain.Try to read the title first and then write.Well I do that and sometime I reply to old posts too but I do because that is of my interest.just be easy cheer up!

Yes, the main thing is how comfortable and easy you are for writing to any particular topic. One shouldn't go with the approach that s/he must write in any particular post. There is huge variety here in interest...and yes sometime you dont want to write even if you know your suggestion can be valuable..its all depends
Oh and thanks for the compliment..you liked that because your also a blue person? haha thanks anyway.

I like that, loose the strain instead of adding to it. I can see how easy can do it. I am never sure if what I am writing is actually adding to the discussion or not but do think I want to go with that approach. Nice name by the way, Blueguy999.

Hi there Ferb John 69!
That happens to me when I am here on Mylot, posting responses one after another for hours. Sometimes, I feel the need to just stop and that's what I do. I usually go out, and do something different, take pictures, spend time with my loved ones and after a while, I go back to Mylot. There are times that I do not come back for days, sometimes even months but when I come back, it's always worth the break.

Yes,we should sometimes take a break in everything we do.During times where I couldn't choose a topic where I could respond,I take a break. And when I come back after a while I found it easier to respond.

For me, I get this feeling that you are describing especially when i am reply to my own post. Replying to mylotter who have responded on my discussion.
I do understand what you are driving at because sometimes its gets really tiring to reply to so many posts and to read so many posts in a day.
Therefore, i will try to break them up. I will reply until i am saturated and then i will stop and do toher things first. Perhaps study and then after that when it's during my break from studying, then i'll be back to mylot to do some postings!

Then just take a break. Sometimes I found many interested topics and wanted to respond, I thought I can, but I couldn't write down, or what I wrote was not exactly I was thinking. I don't know why so I just quit and had a rest. Then evertything turns out OK.

Not yet really. But is not a bad idea to take a break if you feel you are not able to put any comments. Maybe if you try to surf other sites on the web you can refresh yourself. I see that there are a large number of discussions posted on mylot, and about different topics, that you can surely find the one where you can post a comment.

Haha, just don't push yourself too much. MyLot is a great place to have fun while we can get some small earning too. So, if you weren't found it fun anymore because you were using it too much, then I suggest you to take a break first .
I also feel the same as you when I am mylotting too much. But only a short break will do, and I am ready again for mylotting!

yeah, sometimes we need to take a break from mind draining works like this.
i too feel sometimes that my mind is drained and i don't feel like answering discussions.
when that happens i would get off my chair then do something else like watching t.v or have a nap so as to refresh my mind and rest my eyes. then after that i would go back mylotting again.
i would not want to miss a day without mylot. so a simple rest at night would refresh my mind and that's good for me to be mylotting the next day..

I used to think I can right the whole day, having many discussions and answering many of them but my mind seems so little to carry many things at ago. There was day I kept answering on discussions that my mind could not hold on any longer, I found myself repeating words in a sentence and sometimes writing my language instead of English... good that I did not post those things. Anyway, one needs to have time to refresh his/her mind.

Of course this already happened to me. I remember that on beggining, I was addicted to myLot and I used to join here everyday, but after 2 months, I got a little tired, also, my college started again. Nowadays, I join 3-4 times per week and I only answer a few discussions.

I suspect it is complicated. Too complicated for my little brain. I'm laughing. However, I find like in everything else there seems to be a time for everything. I kind of feel like responding, then I go through a period of not wanting to. That applies elsewhere as well, I want to write then I will just want to read or as you stated take a break.
