no... I know a lot of women that havn't been faithful, and a lot of men to! And you need to be unfaithful with someone, and i guess single girls are not more easy than single boys ;)

Whoever feels deeply in love, is the one who is more faithful. So, it could be the men or women. But based on my experience, it's more likely the women .Sorry to say Boys....

No i dont think so... it depends... not all women and not all men are faithful.... there is not such principle....however... society to society ... the ratio differs
