We have talk a lot about bullying but thing are getting worst.
I see how children another children, I think this have to stop.
We have to raise our children correctly in order they become good people.
The death of a boy 14 years old who was bully in the school because he was gay, made a lot of people cry and feel sad for him, he was a very sweet boy, he didn't desire that kind of life that he was living for years.
He yelled for help in his blog and his house but couldn't find help.
The teen’s parents and friends say he was relentlessly tormented by hate comments with gay references on social networking websites.
"JAMIE IS STUPID, GAY, FAT ANND [sic] UGLY. HE MUST DIE!” one post said, according to local reports.
Another post read, “I wouldn’t care if you died. No one would. So just do it It would make everyone WAY more happier!”
Now Lady Gaga wants we join our votes and the president create a law against bullying, she dedicated a beautiful song to her little monster, that is the way she used to call her fan.
These are some of the words in her new song:
Oh, there ain't no other way
I was born in this way,
Don't be a drag, be a queen,
give yourself prudence,
and love your friends,
so we can rejoice your truth.
I am not a fan of Lady Gaga but this song is beautiful.
Stop bullying!

Bullying is awful, and I do think that we should try to stop it as much as possible. I do not think that we need to pass a law against bullying, though. There are already many laws that cover bullying activity, such as assault, harassment, stalking, etc., so I do not think that there needs to be a special one for bullying as these activities all fall into the bullying range. I just think that we need to make sure that the laws already there are better enforced. Also, I think that we should try to make sure that children that are bullied have a good support system that they can go to when they need it, such as parents, counselors, peer mentors, etc.

I do not think that there are any laws that specifically state that "bullying" is a crime, although I could be wrong, especially since I know that they have been talking about laws geared specifically towards "cyber bullying". However, there are many laws against bullying behavior, which is the real threat, but they are not called "bullying behavior" rather assault, harassment, battery, etc.
I do agree that parents play a key role in helping to end this sort of behavior. Whether the child is the bully or the victim, I think that the parents should take an active role helping their children to overcome this. Unfortunately, some parents are the ones that teach their children this behavior, so they will not help to stop it.

Yes maybe there are a lot of laws against bullying and we are no warn about that.
In that case what we have to do is make to carry out the law against bullies.
But the solution begins and ends with the parents and the children themselves. Parents raising well adjusted kids with good self-esteem the only way to actually solve the issue.
Thanks for responding my Purplealabaster friend

Yes that is the best way to stop the bullying.
Don't stay in silence, not body desire to be treated like that, so let's talk to our children and don't tolerate any bullying.
~ The bullying stopped when I claimed myself and proved that I wasn't afraid. A lot of it was when I was hiding when I was younger. ~

I got bullied when I was at school because of my weight, and it made me wonder why on Earth people think that they can be like that with other people when I don't actually think that they should have the right to be able to act like that around other people. They ruined my entire high school life, and I will never be able to get that back now, so it certainly something that needs to be sorted out in schools all over the world. Nobody likes to be bullied, so I don't know why people feel as though they can make other people feel so bad.

It sadens me so much that kids think it is alright to bully other kids. My son is just 12 years old and has been the subject of bullies since first grade. He is a awesome kid, he is into sports, clubs, and band. He is just a little skinny kid and I think others see him as a easy target because of his size right now. Last month, school was only in for 5 days and he was held down by some boys and they tried to make him eat shredded tire chips from the school yard. He was able to spit them out and the boys got into trouble, but my son developed a infection inside his mouth from the tire chips (kids walk on these tire chips every day). He ended up getting sick and went to the doctor and put on medicine. When the one boy got out of detention, a week went bye and everything was fine, then he punched my son in the stomach. It makes me want to cry! I would welcome such a law that would hold bullies accountable. I think I would even welcome a law that would hold the parents of bullies accountable (as in the case with the boys my son's age), after all the parents should be teaching that this behavior is wrong in the first place.

Hello Rose!
Yes I think a law could be a solution for the bullyer.
It is like if you don't respect the red light in the street you get a ticket of $100 or $200, it is a lot money, but doing that we say and respect the life of the others,I know that a lot of people feel like to jump the red light but thinking about the law make them stop.
If the law against bully is accepted an we create warn the children about that they will stop, or they will finish in a place where not body wants to be.
I am so sorry for your boy and hope this situation have stop.
