If you feel tired of your daily routine in the office do you usually do?

I get out of the office and talk a short walk to rejuvenate. Sometimes I grab a cup of coffee and look outside, if the weather is bad.

That's a nice technique, I guess I should try it also.

A change in scenery even for 2 days has been very helpful when I feel tired and stressed. I usually go out to a beach or even the hotsprings of Laguna is ok. Even a drive to breezy Tagaytay for a day is enough to set my mood for another month or 2 in the office.

Maybe I will try Puerto Galera one time, I haven't been there ever since.

If i am tired I resort to internet surfing or browsing. I spend a greater period of my tired moment browsing the world wide web ( the internet) But there are times my boss had frown at my habit calling it wasteful of working hour. He expects me to face my job routine and not to spend all the day browsing the internet

My job is really tiring. Especially right now that I am still adjusting myself to the new environment and to the people whom I work with. I can't do anything but just do my best for my job. I wanted this job so badly that's why even though I have no friend in the office, I still convince myself to go to work because it is very enjoyable.

I have less time to relax or do something I like. I am a woman. Back home I have to work again, shopping, cooking, cleaning, children that is a 24/24 job. No matter if you are tired or sick. Nobody cares. Even vacation is seldom relaxing since I can't go alone. And although many men seem to have their own privacy/cave where they can sit and don't want to be disturbed, women don't have that. Even on the toilet you have not 1 minute for yourself. Before I had a job about 125 km driving from my house. Driving back that time was a way to relax. A bit time for me without people pulling at me (on the office or at home and asking questions whole time)

That is so sad my dear. Yes. women are like that, they can't seem to relax because of the responsibilities they have on their shoulder. But, you take a break too much work is exhausting, isn't it.

I file a one day leave. But if I can't, then I would probably make sure to get advantage of my break times to really relax. coffee breaks really works for me. I love coffee, and I feel energize after a good cup of coffee.

I can't file leave because of my responsibilities here in the office. Besides, my boss won't allow me. Even my weekends is not really enjoying, because I have to work at home. This is really horrible.
