mamasaid My car was totaled, thank goodness for insurance. Not a very good friend to leave you with the mess from his accident. Amazing he got out without a scratch.

mamasaid Cut out sugar and salt as much as possible, drink six to eight glasses of water each day and keep moving - walking, running, exercise of all types everyday. Good luck!
