global issues for working mothers

I believe that the number one issue that working women everywhere has is they worry about their children and they feel guilt for not being with their children.

Not being with my kid. Sometimes i miss her doing all naughty things. The most important thing i miss all her milestones of life u know first things in life she is just 15 months old. I really very hard to leave her. she used to sit at the main gate having my keys which i take her away when i go to work. In the evening i find a wonderful biological clock in kids . she knows it very well that when its time to see mama home. i really love to see her back home. Seems all my tiredness fly away.

no time for the husband and children

Guilt of not being able to be there for their children, and also a desire to want to be able to stay home, and take care of the needs of the household, and just be able to stay at home, and not have to work.

not spending enough time with my daughter

i thik d major issues r:- 1) over burden of too much work. 2) diffcult in managing house and home. 3) 2 much responsibilities.
