ozzieblackcat Thanks a bunch for your understanding. My son has depression but it's been a long time since he acted like this. I'm sorry your son is mad at you too. I guess the holidays bring out the worst in some people.

ozzieblackcat When I worked I answered the phone by simply giving the name of the company followed by "this is Susan". At home we have caller ID so I often answer the phone according to who is calling. For instance, if it is my son, I might say, "hi Andy".

ozzieblackcat My brother does not own a cell phone. In fact, he keeps his land line turned off most of the time because he doesn't like talking to just anyone. If I want to talk to him, I call and leave a message and he'll call me back.
