Liberty reserve is a payment processor but i dun think they will give away cash to their members for nothing. U have to check if the mail u received is legit or not. There are always such mails around, including some claiming to be from paypal or alertpay. If u want to be sure, email liberty reserve to ask them about the mail. They will also tell u what to look out for

Hi syoti: I don't think so. I once received a similar email. What I did was to delete it, because this probably can be a fraud made by a hacker that want to stole my account and I always heard that a payment processor won't send you a link to log in in an email address.
Guess what I found when I delete this email with the "news" and then I went to my account in a safe place. Nothing! It was just a fraud.

If they want to give you $500 bucks for being a member that's a good deal. If they want any information so they can deposit the money in your "account" then its a scam. I would delete the e-mail.
