Health need to care while you are here on earth..

Why we need to care our health ,because if not we will suffer hardly ...But we cant control sometimes sickness is coming unexpectedly..And that is life because we are human..And if we know things that will harm in our health i am sure will face the consequences..And also it depends on us if we cre or not,,,like things will harm us,we should be careful..hope you are fine... i am not always here thank you..

It is really a need to take care of our health because it is our wealth. You cannot do anything when you're ill. So, we have to eat right amount of food and beware of everything that we intake, it should always be moderate, because too much in every way is not good.

Yes we as people do need to consistently educate ourselves from what can harm out health. We only have one life and in order to live it healthy we must live healthy.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness, and we have to be on a lookout for our own hygienic method. As a person, we learned from our parents on how to take good care of ourselves especially hygiene. For this reason, we developed this motivation as to what our knowledge would be used for healthy body. Along with our intelligence, as a man in general, we hare bound to take care of our body, mind and feelings for our healthy living to prolong lives. Mankind has a tendency to discover things with their own way and hygienic methods must be studied, learned and used. Nevertheless, healthy mind needs healthy body.

LOL you are right and when you talk about that it reminds me of my mother that lady kept a clean house. I remember we would go to the store and what she would do is put on make-up, just to go the store her thing was you never know who you will meet, LOL. I mean this lady is something else. So I know what you mean there..
