My leave was approved after I posted my discussion about rejection

I don't know if my officer knows about mylot. But one thing I am sure after I posted my leave rejection. Few minutes after I hit the start discussion. She gave me a message stating that my leave was approved. I don't like to have to feel happy because my leave might take it back.
I don't have any idea if she know I posted my hatred feeling towards my leave. But I am not happy that my leave really sink to my mind and my body.

You should feel glad she approved it at last! Perhaps it just a coincidence only. Why do you feel unhappy??? Anything can happen. You don't have to think that she is going to take it back just hopefully you can have your leave. Nothing to do with mylot~(^^)

hi syoti20 are not you happy now about it and why should she or he take it back? go on your leave and enjoy yourself as life is too short for bitterness and fussing. just be darned glad you
have a job as a lot of people do not have jobs now. but I am glad for
you please go and enjoy and believe its meant to be. just let out your ranting here on my lot as we all ha ve broad shoulders. lol
wish I was young again and going on a great vacation.

May be its a coincidence that she approved your leave as she knows people will go to their home on DIWALI 
if leave gets approved or not so its better to approve their applications unnecessarily making employees angry from her.

Correct zandi! Syoti's officer might have read his rant and decide to approve his leave. Or it could be an office mate who's in Mylot too, read syoti's post so she tried to talk it out with the officer to let him take his leave.
It's amusing that it was approved after syoti has posted his rant.

You never know...maybe your boss is one of your mylot friends or referrals without you knowing lol....or just a coincedence...I guess you have a 50-50 chance with that...I'm happy that it was approved for you & hope it stays that way

syoti this is great news. Just be glad it did finally get approved. Maybe it is coincidence and or maybe your officer finally thought about it and and decided you certainly deserved it. Perhaps the officer sensed your disappointment and decided it was the right thing to do. You did give enough notice so I would not worry about the officer taking it back and enjoy the much deserved time off.

Congratulations to you, syoti20. Anyway, your leave got approved, right? Then it is a good news worth being happy. Leave the outcome away, just enjoy the present pleasure. It reminds me of a classic line in Kongfu Panda, which goes "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery. But today is a gift. And that is why we call it present". Let go of your worry, bro.

maybe your boss was not allowed to rest by her conscience and it was just coincidence that after a few minutes of your post she then changed her mind and approved it. or maybe she really has mylot! anyway, just be happy that you are allowed to have your leave. congratulations!

Well I am happy you recieved what you wanted. It may seem as if your officer was reading myLot, but it happened so soon after yiur post I don't know it they would have time to change their mind so quickly and inform yOu..so just RELAX AND ENJOY1 person likes this

I'm glad that you were approved for your leave. If your boss knows about mylot, then she knows that you were unhappy. Even if she doesn't know about it, I'm sure she could tell that you were upset. Many times, supervisors see the way a person reacts to a decision and they know that if something isn't done, there is the possibility that the employee might quit or become violent. I hope that things have gone better for you since that time. I know that this response is very late. How did your leave go anyway?

I hat that also. They say not then say yes and then say no again. They do not care about the worker. Just like they get days off, so should the workers. Everyone news a break. I have been there and it is not a pleasant experience. I was told yes first, then I made my plans, then they changed it to no. I was extremely mad. And I have also had the answers you have gotten, no and then yes. It seems like they like to play with our heads.

I don't know about your job but at my job, they have 100% access to our computers at all times. They can read everything we type on our buiness computers. So we really have to be careful with what we post. Hopefully, you have a little more leeway but it sounds like they may be doing the same thing. Best Wishes!
