If your house was haunted......

Hmmmmmmm been watching a few paranormal documentaries and such to get me in the halloween mood. Now first of all, if your home was so haunted that something happened EVERY night, instead of complaining about how people dont believe you, surely you'd get some recording equipment and document it? You'd be a MILLIONAIRE if you could prove the existence of the paranormal! Anyway that aside, just out of interest just wondered who on here has had a paranormal experience and who believes in the paranormal?

I believe in the paranormal and it`s really interesting topic for me, but i haven`t had a paranormal experiance, although i want to. Not something that will kill someone, but something interesting and something like a prove for my believings at the paranormal.

I lived in a certain house where I could hear as people constructing on my next floor. Sometimes noises came as if someone was moving (pushing) large furniture- It was always so scary at night but we came to get used for it. Everyone was complaining about the same but the house owner always thought people were against his house. The best thing is, none has been attacked.

I am one of them, believing the existence of paranormal. It happens unexpectedly, you won't notice a thing. But if you are sensitive in the presence, you might say that's weird!

I do believe that there are other entities or elements here on earth other than us human beings. However, one must have a "third eye" in order to see and communicate with them. Sometime in mid-1980s, my late grand mother possessed the body of my younger relative for more than an hour. May be it was her only way to tell us a message. She spoke to us through my relative.

Yeah, just lie paranormal activity... I think i won't do that- i'd rather go to the church and have the house blessed or move into another one. I don't want to mess with spirits..and it would scare my family too.

la_chique, as a topic we can discuss of a paranormal house and it's effect, but trust me, in reality nothing could be worst as compared to a paranormal experience. In college days, I had such an experience, it wasn't exactly an experience of a ghost running after me but it was something related to my health conditions. I was staying in a beautiful rented house with my 6 other friends, that house was awesome location wise as well as infrastructure wise however, there was a catch, if you stay there nothing will be good to you, it started happening with us but we didn't realize, our luck had become bad luck but we were still not aware of the fact. It started affecting me first because I brought my Gods photos and statues. The day I brought it there from then onward I could never be physically okay, at last I was admitted to hospital (but medicines didn't help), one of my friend did some ritual to help my condition and I could recover after that I realized the cause and then I left the room.

I have had many paranormal experiences, I have been told it is because I am such an open person. Who knows? I absolutely believe it, I know it's real. However, if it happened every day in the same house, I would be GETTING OUT QUICK! LOL. Especially if it was something harmful to me or my family. My children would NOT live in a haunted house. The people on these shows sometimes make me think what is wrong with them when they are so terrified yet they don't want to leave. I would be leaving so fast it's not even funny and thinking about everything else later! =)

There has been paranormal activities going on, but nothing like something moving or sound coming out of something. It was more of a feeling of being watched. I don't think I would rather prove that paranormal activities existed, but if there is a lot of recurrences to such, I will not have second thoughts of transferring or selling the house. I'd rather keep my family safe than being rich but traumatized by such paranormal things. Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

I believe. I have many experiences which I can't describe how it exist. Sounds, shadows, and a lot more. If you are a scared person, I suggest you not to record and document the activity as it might become real somehow.

My home has been occupied by at least two entities in the short three years that my husband and I have been married and living here. A lot of the activity has been poltergeist activity...things have been moved that I couldn't move myself if I tried (for example, a bookshelf I have in the living room with nutrition textbooks from college was pulled out from the wall about three feet and swung open from the wall like a door), and I personally witnessed one of my husband's books fly across the hallway from his bookshelf and hit the hallway wall, only to fall to the floor and slide from the effort. I was alone in the house with our four cats at the time, as my husband was at work in his usual third night shift. I can tell you that every time something paranormal is going on, you only have to look to the animals in the house to tell you that. I can tell you right now that you won't be a millionaire if you record evidence. Too many recorded voices, visuals, etc. are around this country and the paranormal simply isn't rare enough to be a gold mine. I've recorded a voice in my home, and I know my mother has a recording taped in her house of a demonic sounding scream, which doesn't surprise me with all the negative energy in the house and with how open my brother is to inviting things in. No matter what, the paranormal probably will never be officially proven. There are too many people out there that simply don't believe in the afterlife, so whatever evidence you throw at them, it won't matter. I've believed in the paranormal my entire life, and I know the house I grew up in had its own occupants, yet I never witnessed anything myself until I married and moved here. Now, the paranormal simply isn't as mysterious as it was! It's the same thing with UFOs...they're intriguing and mysterious until you see one, and then you find that it's yet another fact of life. It's actually kind of sad...experiencing what I have has taken the edgy, almost fairy-tale like side of the paranormal away, and has left nothing but an interest in it for me. I'm not scared of the paranormal unless it's of a demonic nature--and in that case, I'd be out of there for my own protection!

I grew up in a haunted house, well nothing bad happened to me and my family get used to it. Those random noises at night, whimpering, crying moaning, cold air anmd ghost sightings, We experienced it all and we dont even have third eye. the spirits are just aggresive. You know there is ahouse near my apartment,it is said to be a hauntedhouse cos a murder happened on it and its being sold for a cheap price, I'm considering to buy it , it has a garden and I w ant to have a garden.

How is that possible to become a millionaire if we could prove the existance of ghost or paranormal activities? I do believe in paranormal spiritually and scientifically, i've seen my friend being possesed at my work place, she is a very good girl who always talk softly, it is creepy when her voice change to a mans voice and she was so strong, it takes 8mans to hold her until they perform recital on her.. And she turn back to normal..

In my house my husband and son have been seeing rare things, my son told me one day that when he was brushing his teeth, he saw a girl like 8 years old witha scarf on her face, she was too white skin and was looking at him, I didn't give imporance to that and told him to rebuke in the name of Jesus if he sees it again, he didn't want to sleep alone and after that I have to go and stay with him unil he falls sleep and besides he sleeps with the bible in the bed and listening worship song to prays the Lord because he knows that nothing can against God.I didn't tell anything to my husband about that and some days after when he was playing Xbox alone in the living room and I was still in the bedroom with my son he said that a little girl like 9 years old appeared in the living room and was looking at him, he that and he thought was me and then looked again and understood wasn't me, then I came from the bedroom and he told me everything then I decided to tell him what our son saw some days before that little girl,we moved here only three months ago and don't know if something happened here before, but I know that there is a spiritual world that we don't see but sometimes our eyes can be open to see for seconds what is happening in this other dimension.

i think if i have a haunted house & i get sure that it is haunted, then making a live documentary for earning money would e the last thing in my mind. I would rather not spend a single day in that house. If there is Life you can earn as much money as you want, but what if while documenting, you yourself have to waste life.

I don't have a paranormal experience yet but I am sometimes eager but afraid to prove it myself or be part of some studies about it. I would probably be shifting if I'm living in a haunted house.

I didn't know that experiencing a haunted house has a good side about it (money). But I'm so lucky that I don't experience such haunt. I will be fainted everyday if I do. I'm the number one coward in the family.
