who is supported for the words 'you have to try to make sacrifices, to get what you want'? even if you believe that you can get it without having to do so?

For me if you believe you can get something without the need to make sacrifices then do it that way you only need to resort to making sacrifices if you don't have any other choice but to that and you really want to get it. Mind if I ask what is this that you want to get so desperately?

actually, I got a call from a company job. , but my friend says that I may not succeed if it is not I looking for job in other words I do not sacrifice time and energy on finding a job. I am not looking for work but I get the job. so is the example of my situation.

You don't want a job? and a company offer you a job? then don't accept it if you really don't want this job. There are so many other people who are desperately looking for a job so leave it to them if you really don't need it.

I think that whatever you want in life, you need to make sacrifices. For example, if you want to have good results in your exam, you need to study and thus sacrifice going out with friends or watching your favorite tv show etc. There's bound to be some sacrifices you need to make in order to have something that you want.
