I was a very not brave enough to flying by aeroplane compared to the sea by boat or ferry. what should I do to avoid this fear? where trip for 5-8 hours. it really tested myself to feelings of fear.

Mhazmil Thank you to express an opinion. I felt that I just need to control my feelings. I think I need to learn about the field of aircraft to allow myself ready to fly as a passenger.

Mhazmil Yes. definitely. I'm sure it's a funny thing but at the same time one of us can know the facts of our bodies. it can be used if someone wants to buy sandals but plain lazy to open up their shoes and socks then he may be should try this method perhaps .. haha

Mhazmil sorry.. that is my language. :) I agree with you. crisis in the world makes man that lack of food and sleep. This fact is a scientific analysis of functions in the human body. as examples of spider can live longer in winter than summer. :)
