HELP.....Is Readbud a Scam?

I'm sure everyone of you have heard about this site. It has been around for a long time, but there are things I want to know. Is this site legit? Do they really pay? I'm just thinking maybe when you reach the minimum payout they will not give you your money and make p excuses, like you have read certain topic quite fast than expected.
please please if anyone of you knows about the legitimacy of the site and really were paid please tell me.

I have no practical experience of the site. But as far as my memory goes, I have read in different discussions that once upon a time it was legit but at present it is a scam.

When you reach the minimum payout Readbud never pays, saying that you read too quickly or too slowly. Search the discussions started at myLot, and you will see several members complaining. They have never paid anybody, at myLot and elsewhere. There are a few old payment proofs online, and all are fake : they have been forged to get some referrals, because Readbud was also supposed to pay for referrals, and are all different because nobody has ever seen a true proof of payment from Readbud

MyLot is making server updates these days and we experienced several glitches. The update for your participation to the discussions is done once a day, but normally when you receive a message saying that a task is approved, you see immediately the amount for the task on your balance. If it is not the case, you can contact an admin and explain the problem -- if it is another bug, you are not alone -- by using this link : http://www.mylot.com/o/contactus.aspx
I use the search box only when I start a new discussion to find a possible similar discussion, and it is true that it does not always return all discussions : don't bother about this, you have committed no fault.
myLot is a friendly site, and if you think a member is flaming you, just report the response/comment by hitting the [!] abuse button and it will be removed if it is too rude.

Great job explaining though.
@Mysteria, don't take the rudeness personally. Sometimes it is hard to keep calm all the time. Especially for the older members when they have seen a lot of 'mistakes' or guideline violations over the years and some members who never really learn. As for those who are rude....oh well, they'd be rude to everybody. So, just take it in stride. These are what makes the wonderful world of myLot complete.

thanks for responding to my discussion, like what you've said you have started this discussion years ago, but you know something seems so wrong with my mylot.My points isn't going up though some of my task have been approved, My earnings seems to be fixed in that amount.I also tried to used the search bar earlier and it didn't gimme me an answer, so I decided to ask. but "now" I tried to ask the same question and all the discussion that was made before me pop up :(
Thanks for not being rude, There are many people who think they know-it-all and they just pissed me off.

I'm actually surprised that this particular website is still around. It has been long since exposed to be a scam. It would be a nice idea, if it was absolutely and completely legit. However, it is sadly not going to be something that is really going to be all that on the up and the up. I think I signed up with this website a while ago, as did many, but once the hints of it being a scam first came out, I started to really pull out of the website.
So yeah, it's not really a website that is on the level all that much to say the very least. I would highly recommend you not waste another second with Readbud. I'm actually surprised as I said that it hasn't been pulled or what the purpose is for the website. Plus, I do wonder about it a lot of the times. Still I guess on the Internet, there is always going to be fresh meat. Most people won't think twice about the website.

Readbud is a SCAM! i don't know how this site still survives despite the fact that tons of people in many forums and review sites already attest that it is a scam.

I want an earning site that really earns a "HUUGE" amount and not a scam :D jk well tbh I used to sit a lot after I got home from work and do my house work, I don't wanna spend time socializing... I need to have a productive time. if ever u see a good paying site well even not as huge as what I'm saying just hit me up.

That site is a scam, they never paid their members.I work on that site for a few day,an when you reach payment,you never receive it.
So don't waste your time their.it best that you spend your time here, you will make more.Yes it has been around for a while,but it's a scam no one ever get pay.Good luck to you on your earnings.

I have write this lots of time here and I will again. Readbud is SCAM, so stop wasting your time. Come to my profile and you will see lots of legit and good paying sites.
