I am so excited. This young teen came to dance at the age of 14, with much, natural talent. After 4 years, he was accepted into the Boston Ballet apprentice program, straight out of high school. Two years later, he is a member of the company. I am so happy for him. His name is Patrick Yocum.
Here is a link to the company page, he is the last on the bottom. He is a great kid and deserves this.

Thank you. He was a pleasure to work with, as a dancer. He came a long way, in such a short time. It's a joy for teachers to see this happen.

hi nanajanet I can imagine you are. Hes certainly come a long way'in a short time. I would love to be able to watch him dance. I am very
fond of ballet. refreshing to see some good things about our
young people of today. He must indeed b e very talented I am
happy for him and for you as a mentor to your student, he has done you proud.People are always going on about how awful modern kids
are and never showing how great most kids of today are. this is
heart warming.
