The ideal candidates for cosmetic surgery are divided in two categories. First are those who have a good impression of themselves, but have a physical characteristic that they want to improve or change. They continue to have a good opinion of themselves, no matter of how the surgery went.
The second group consists of the people with a physical disability which affected their self-esteem. The adjustment period for them may be longer, but comparing to the first ones, the self-image improves drastically.
What if you would like to change the way you look? Would you do it for the sake of someone dear. Even if others will love the new look, the only person that will be changed by the operation is the one who did it. Still, how do we know if cosmetic surgery is appropiate?

I am not really against cosmetic surgery, since if that make the woman or man happier, then so be it.But I don't thin it is appropriate at all, unless really needed, like if a person got deformed because of an accident or attack.. People should just be contented f what God gave them naturally and spend money on more important stuff.

Cosmetic surgery is for the rich ones. Who just don't know how to empty their pockets properly. Cosmetic surgeries bring about fake individuals. The true look is being changed to show that they are better than others. It is just selfish desires. In the case of accidents where the face gets altered, cosmetic surgery is a blessing. But for the rich crowd it is just for their show offs.

I think its the persons decision to undergo cosmetic surgery. It depends on the purpose though, I think if someone would have it he/she should not only think twice but more. Its a really big decision to make, and you cant change it back. Ive seen people who had it and it didnt came out as what they expected and its just sad. The imprtant thing here is that you should know the credibility of the person who is gonna do it, because its really a big risk.

I don't think that surgically enhancing what was given to you when you were born is appropriate. Through surgery you loose the natural beauty that you have which you are supposed to take pride of. You know that once you had your self enhance physically under the knife you are lying to everyone around you. The only thing I could say is that love yourself and love the way you were born and you will not need any surgery to enhance what's already the best of of you are.
