phoevy21 Yes, papaya does help. But you can also try other fiber rich foods like oatmeal, apple(the skin contains most of the fiber, and sweet potato. Be sure to drink lots of water or any fluid. Ive tried this diet, and it really works for me. Hope it works for you...

phoevy21 definitely guys, You can give almost anything from gift stores for girls. For guys, Its really hard to figure out what he would like, and theres limited options. I mostly give out wallets, books, hankies, or something looking masculine in the store.
