The earth is very large and it has lots of different countries to visit. It is easier to visit countries next to your home country and it is expensive to visit far away countries. I live in England which is part of the United Kingdom. The first three countries I went to were France, Greece and the Netherlands at ages childhood various ages, age 14 years old and age 17 years old. The last three countries I went to are South Africa in 2009, Canada in 2010 and Colombia in 2011.
Which countries would you like to visit?
Have you been overseas before?
Which countries are next door to your home country?

In the U.S., the only neighboring countries are Mexico and Canada. I've been just barely over the border into Mexico twice, even tho I live only a few hours from it. I have, however, been to western Canada a couple of times for more extensive visits, but even then, they were only for days nothing more.
I've been to England 3 times, for a week or more each time. I've been for a few days visits in Austria, Italy, Switzerland and France. I would love to visit Italy again more extensively and also visit Greece.
I guess I would really like to also visit Japan and Australia/New Zealand, but I'm not really expecting to be able to do so.

good day maximax8,
there are a lot of countries i want to visit. one of these countries is the place where you live - England. as i saw this place in one of the shows that i have watched on TV. another one, i like to go to Paris, as i want to witness the famous eiffel tower. as the light of this tower really fascinates my eyes everytime i saw this in some magazines.
and aside from that two above, i am still aiming to visit more, as this is one of my ambition - to travel around the world.

im from the philippines and visiting other countries outside of the ASEAN is very hard to say the least due to visa issues. so for those like me who have budget constraints, we usually start out visiting countries closest to ours (brunei, malaysia, singapore, taiwan, etc)
my first time overseas was when we did an "amazing race"-like trip to vietnam and cambodia; amazing race style because we were able to go to both countries in little more than just 3 days. the best thing about it was despite being pressed for time, we were still able to accomplish our trip goal: tour around Saigon and see the temples in the Angkor Wat complex. seeing the full moon over Angkor Wat is something i'd never forget and will always be grateful for.
if ill be able to save enough (God i hope i will!!!), id want to go to Japan and Ireland. i want to go to Japan so much that i already bought lonely planet japan :))

I have always wanted to go to the Egypt and explore the pyramids. I have always wanted to be lost in the forests of Amazon and be found with a new tribe of aborigines. I have always wanted to swim off the coast of Ecuador near the Galapagos Islands. I have always wanted to visit the oriental land of China ans experience a new feeling within.
I guess that's how my list is right now. Someday I will be doing all those. Some day for sure because I love traveling, exploring and photography. Not to mention that I love wild life and would love to do.
I'm from India but right now I am in the USA studying. I hope that the studies give me an opportunity to explore the world.

Yesterday I made a list of the countries that I would like to visit. It is a very long list, because there are so many countries that I am interested in visiting for instanse Russia, China, Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, The US, Namibia, Botswana, South Africa, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Australia and New Zealand. I hope that I will get the chance to visit Russia in 2012, but I guess we will have to wait and see how much money we manage to save up.
Our neighbour countries are Sweden, Norway and Germany. The first countries that I visited were Sweden and Norway, but I was only a few years old and I don't remember much from that trip. The only thing I really remember is a moose that we saw in Sweden As an adult I have also visited Sweden and Norway, but I would like to visit both countries again, because I have only seen a small part of them. I have visited Germany, too. My parents, my brother, my grandmother and I sometimes went on a mini vacation in the northern part of Germany, and last year I visited Berlin for the first time.

I am Indonesian. Indonesia's next door countries have many situated near by. I started from the west in Sumatra, we have Malaysia and Singapore. In the middle up north of Borneo, there are Malaysia and Brunei as well. While in the eastern part of Indonesia, Papua New Guinea is bordered directly with West Irian or other word West Papua. There is another nation which had been separated from Indonesia is called Timor-Leste. They were set free by the the third president of Indonesia.
I haven't been overseas yet.
I think all country is worth visiting. I would love to travel to other places in Indonesia. I like to be in a new place and meet new people and learn new languages as well.
I have ever encountered that you were traveling in Indonesia, what do you like from Indonesia, food, people, culture or language? Thank You. Have a Nice Day.

I would like to visit Europe to see the countryside and I would also like to visit China to see their history. We've traveled domestically for about four years, we went to Hawaii which is like a whole other country in itself. We learned to speak some Chinese and Japanese. I would be worried about visiting countries in political turmoil.
