Yes, now that my Christmas lights are up and turned on nightly, and the snow has finally come to Minnesota, the Holidays are nearing. "It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas." So, I changed my avatar for the Holidays. Are you planning to change your avatar to a Holiday theme at all here?

hi Grandpa Bob I guess I ha ve to have Thanksgiving first then I will get in the mood. i usually do when they put up the tree here
at Gold Crest but theyalways wait until after Thanksgiving to do it. we have carrolers who come from a combined three highschools and sing for us for two hours some night close to Christmas. I really love that. you know being here with all mostly older people is really unnatural as I am used to living where there are children and teend and adults.I think I will chang my avatar to something Christmasy as that might get me in the mood for christmas.

On FB, I have a friend who has a dog with a yarmulke on his head, (not sure if it was a picture she found or her dog), but I would like to get a picture of one of my girls wearing the Hebrew head covering while the other one wearing the prayer shawl, but they are still kind of wild, it will take a few of us to get them to pose for it..If I can, I would post that up for the feast days...

Maybe, cause the one I have is rather summery. We had a little snow the other day, it did not stick. I have an avatar on another site from Thanksgiving last year.

I have never actually changed my Mylot avatar ever since I changed it. I think now that you talk of it I may try out a new avatar for the Christmas season! Not sure what I will choose yet. I guess I should start thinking about that so I can get it changed once Thanksgiving is over! I just started putting our tree up tonight so we are getting it going already! Happy Mylotting!

Glad to see that We are not the only ones over here that have decorated for Christmas. It is ironic that while we are in sync with you over there in the US, people look strange at us over here when we tell them that we set up our house for Christmas.
As for the avatar, I haven't decided to change it just yet, but there is still time to do so.

I usually have my outside lights up by Halloween as I hate trying to hang them in the frigid air comes November. But with my windows being installed etc I didn't get them up before then. People think I'm nuts cause I turn thm on even in October. HAHAHAHA! Oh well.

Well, I don't have any plans on changing my avatar. I don't like to change it because everyone knows who I am with the picture I use. But, I could post a few christmas pictures in a discussion. I like the picture you have for the holidays.
