I have observed many people suggest women who has already more than 24 weeks pregnancy should doing any pregnancy exercise..Otherwise they will experience many pain like stomach pain, leg or back pain and also to ensure they have abdominal and breathing exercise to prepare for delivery..I think any pain during pregnancy is one of the sign from nature that we must take a rest and relax, aware that condition is different with normal women..Meaning we must start thinking differently but not too much, that's the reason we need pregnancy exercise..What do you think? How important pregnancy exercise for pregnant women?

Working out while pregnant helps the recover after words a lot faster and it can help develop the muscles you need while in labor and after the baby is born. All doctors suggestion that a women do some work out even after 24 weeks along. Walking is what doctors normall say is good also doing some standing and rocking with your hands on the floor with your knees on the floor hit helps the hips widen a little bit more for the babies head works it way throughthe both canal.

Very important, in my opinion. The body expands to make room for the new baby, and if we don't exercise, it will pain more. It is important to remember not to overdo it, or do vigorous exercise. But there are lots of exercises suitable for pregnant women. I don't agree with you that any pain during pregnancy is nature's way of telling us to relax. In some cases, it might be, but not always. There are some pain related to pregnancy that can be cured by mild exercise.

Exercise is very inportant to pregnant women. Think about how it would feel if you didnt play football for years, or ever for that matter, and just decided to jump into a game. Your muscles would hurt so bad. Having a baby isnt something that a woman goes through every day. Exercise is important so that the muscles are relaxed and are used to being used and will hurt less in time of delivery.
