My grandmother drinks anlene milk, we don't need to go and ask to our doctor for what should we do to our grandmother to her bones. because i saw people buying anlene milk, and also i bought anlene milk, before i buy anlene milk i read first, because we don't know for sure whether or not for the age of our grandmother.

Hi! I do drink anlene. Women ages 20 should start drinking milk rich in calcium because our bones become weak earlier, especially when we get pregnant calcium becomes deficient. Have a good calcium supply but don't drink too much or the recommended amount or you'll have calcium stone deposits.

According to their website, Anlene is "formulated to supply the nutritional needs of adults" and is not recommended for babies and young children. In fact, it is a highly processed dairy product with additions which are very unlikely to be necessary or even desirable for people who already drink a reasonable amount of milk. The emphasis on "scientifically proven" and the amount of money they claim to spend on "research" (which will, of course, be aimed at proving that their product is the best) suggests that Anlene will be unnecessarily expensive in comparison with ordinary milk. I don't think it will do you any harm to drink it but it will certainly cost you more than drinking regular milk and you will probably not see any benefit that you wouldn't see from a carefully balanced diet, plenty of exercise and fresh air and sunlight.
