Getting Rich....

I'm not rich but I'm not poor either. My family are in the middle class, meaning if we lose our jobs we'll be in the lower class soon. I read the book of Robert Kiyosaki "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" and he made a lot of sense. I've seen people got burned out from working long hours, but still they are not rich. Now I'm starting to invest my money into mutual funds, it's a start and I intend to make my investment bigger every month. I researched and studied mutual funds for a year, I asked a lot of people, I read a lot of magazines and books before I jumped in with my money. My family also put up a business, we manage it while keeping our full-time office jobs. We used our money to earn more money. We work not just hard but smart. But we must remember that the way to being rich doesn't end in having lots of money, we need to be disciplined in spending our money and learn to help those in need like donating stuff to a shelter and/or orphanage. With a positive attitude and outlook in life, Hardwork and perserverance. Anything is possible! A person can achieve what he sets his mind to. I think that is the biggest key to success which many fail to really understand.

I am not rich myself, nor my parents were. We had a great life though I think, when we need money we have some spare to spend on holidays etc. but along that is hard work. I remember my mom telling us how they struggled to handle and begin the business they have thought of. she sold it now anyway and just wants to stay at home and basically rest. haha :P But I would say, most of the rich people would always tell you to dream big, and never stop believing in your dreams.. pursue it at any cost, and know in your heart that you have achieved it already.

I'm not rich, but I do know that you shouldn't spend money you don't have, you should have an emergency fund and you should get out of debt as soon as possible. Also, you can set aside money to save.

The secret to being rich is to work hard, be intelligent and perseverance. You have to set your goals and achieve it in the right manner.

There is no short cut to getting rich. Starting working hard and smart from the time you are young, take responsibilities seriously, do not freak out when it comes to risk taking, be open to change, go for your passion and know what you want in life. There are many thing that can help you to become rich but at the same time other circumstances will affect your goal such as availability of the job your are looking for and the skills you have among others.
