Harry Potter - The character you hated most

I too hated Snape a lot throughout the whole series but I fell in love with him in the last one, he was the best and truest loyal guardian of Harry! The other character I really really hated, more than Snape, is Peter Pettigrew, the dirty sniveling rat!

Well i think i hate the dudley family. They are very cruel to Harry Potter, but i think they kinda have good side too because they are raising Harry Potter even if they don't like him so much. I also hate Belatrix because she kill Sirius and has a very sinister laugh.

oh easy. James Potter. he was a nasty, spiteful, spoilt bully. everyone looked up to him but he took pleasure in being nasty to anyone who wasn't "cool" like Snape. and someone that takes pleasure in making someone else miserable is a nasty, pointless, waste of space lowlife.

Well normally i would go after the father of Malphoi . But lately i find my self wanting to punch miss Graindjar (arigh i dont really know ho to spell it ) . Come one i mean Ron ... that was so annoying and it really made me hate them both but still harry was not far behind in the hate most scale :P The best one is Hagrid ofcourse :P

I hated Uncle Vernon throughout the whole series. He treated Harry like garbage all the way to the end. I thought maybe he would redeem himself in the last book, and he almost did by nearly shaking Harry's hand when they were getting ready to depart, but pulling away at the last second. I did like that Dudley gained respect for Harry though.

I think I agree with you I always found snape fascinating and curious but the series tried to make everyone hate him and only to find out in the end he was the only true man and guardian of Harry. I was disappointed that dumbledore did the things he did especially to get in his position of power but i loved dobby so maybe bellatrix lestrange is most hated by me haha

Well I must say I hate Ja-Ja-Binks with a vengeance. No, wait... that's Star Wars.. (whoops) Anyway, Snapes is my hero - I can SO relate to him. And I positively ADORE Professor McGonagall - she's just so damn HOT! SO I guess of all the characters, the one I hate the most is that sniveling little house-elf Dobby, mainly because he was such a complete rip-off of Gollum from Lord of the Rings. I know, I know, different role etc to Lord of the Rings, but still got up my nose severely. If that horrible little wimp turned up in my house, I'd feed him through the garden shredder without haste.

For me it has to be Dolores Umbridge.... yeah Umbridge, definitely... aahhh I hate her... Her role portrayed those cunning egoistic politicians and teachers who would go to any extent to satisfy their ego and bestow those inhumane punishments to the innocent.

Uncle Vernon, Aunt Petunia and Dudley. All the way through. Hated them because of their shabby treatment of Harry all the time. Their air of superiority over him....and wait....who was Vernon's sister who made a brief appearance??? I'd include that one in my list too.

Malfoy really annoyed me through out the series. I understand that you are a product of your environment to some end. Being raised in a Muggle hating household is going to make him hate anyone who is not a pureblood. Even though he did redeem himself, it was in a sniveling manner. The end of the series with Dumbledore turning out to be so manipulative kind of made me sad. I love Alan Rickman, Snape, so it was hard to really hate the character.

The character in Harry Potter who I hate the most is Argus Filch. He and his cat - Mrs. Norris are the characters who I hate the most. This man is so bad to Harry and his friends. I hate him. So, I think that Dumbledore is not one of the best characters, but is not one of the bad characters. I like him because he helps Harry to be a brave wizard. It is stuped this that he give Harry to Uncle Vurnen.

I hated that newspaper lady! Rita Skeeter! A malicious, nosy, lying, gossip! She reminds me of people who spread ugly tales of someone just to make themselves feel better. Just plain AWFUL! Her character seems to be more common in real life so it was easier to hate her.

for me it is a tie b/w bellatrix lestrange and wormtail I hated all three of them equally. Bellatrix was pure evil and wormtail a double crossing rascal.
