Is my dog having a Cherry Eye?

Is it curable? I searched for videos on how to massage the sides of the dog's eye to fix tear-gland position, but unfortunately it still didn't fix my problem. I checked some photos of dogs with cherry eye and I found out that the dog's tear glands are swelling.
My dog's tear gland is a bit different, it's just big but its not swelling at all. I tried dropping anti-inflammatory products for the eye and my dog's tear-gland became normal. It could be that my dog's eye is too dry and triggers the tear-gland to grow big. Please see the photo of my dog, where I highlighted the portion I am referring to. I know that abnormal position of the tear gland is harmless, but I am open for suggestion and ideas just to help my dog.
Thanks in advance!

The same thing happened to our dog, her eyes weren't really swelling, but they were getting a lot bigger.
You should really take your dog to the vet, they will be able to give you some stuff to help your dog. And there's always a chance it's somethign different, so you should take him to the vet just to be safe.

You do have a point. It could be something different. I just like to do a little more research first. It's not that harmful for now, I guess. I just need a few more days before I can go to the vet.
Have a great day!

My dog's got worse gradually. One day she just looked a little weird. The next day it was a bit worse, and then it got a lot worse pretty fast. we got her a vet appointment for the afternoon, but before her appointment she started to dig at her eyes. We got her in early! It was so upsetting to see! I hope your dog gets better soon. :)

Oh my! What happened then? What did the vet say? What caused the problem? I hope that won't happen to my dog. I did already schedule her to the vet but it's still next week. I'm still tied up with work and I'm not home yet. hihi.
