What is your lifestyle?

Hello there fellow myLot users. I created this discussion to ask how to get a healthy body. How can I get abs, have hard muscles and Strong body. What will I do, What food will I eat, and What is the right process to have that? Please share me your tips of getting that? I hope someone would share their tips there. Thank you.

If you were to ask me this question this time last year, then I might have a very different answer for you, however I am rather proud to say that I have managed to completely change my entire lifestyle over the past year and have lost almost six stone along the way. I have stopped eating unhealthy foods, and I now exercise at least a little bit every single day. In that past, I might have just sat at my computer all day, but this just doesn't happen anymore because I am much more knowledgable about what I'm doing with my life.

My lifestyle is simple laughing, walking, talking, eating and sleeping hahahah.... No crying, no annoying, no fighting. I am 35 years old women but people told me you are looking only 30years old women. I feel happy.

Heahlthy diet maybe is the key element for people to be healthy.Also appropriate exercise would also be necessary.No fried food or hot food.lol,this is just my advice and hopefully this will help.Have a nice day.

Try to do exercise in 3 times a week for 2 hours a day..
