How to add a second page to my blog?

Note that in Blogger.com (or Blogspot.com), the added page is considered a single post. So, if you need to add a section with lots of posts, you will have to cluster together several blogs using a single or common template. That's what I did with my newspaper-like blog publication. It is really a group/collection of seven blogs with a common menu and template.

As previous user said you can add pages from pages tab by add new page button. But there is few things need to be mind about the psges in blogger. Pages are just like one stand alone page and only specific things can be added to to it unlike home page where we can have list of post there you will have only one content like post. Till now blogger has restricted the no of pages to be the 10 that max no of one can have. If you use blogger's template it self then page name will appear to side but in custom template you must add page gadget to the layout.

you need to add first the the witget of pages, then after that you can now create add new page which will be on top of your site below the header, you can also edit its alignment. I hope that it helps you, I can't figure it out also when I starting to blog
