How to add a second page to my blog?

I've created my blog but now I want to add a second page (i.e. 1st page:home, 2nd page: my list, 3rd page: my payments etc). Can anyone tell me how to do it? It would be really helpful if you could give me detailed instructions....

mdimitrop Yes, for now I'm just using blogger. Thanks for your detailed answer. I will try to make my blog better and add more pages when I have a few extra time. I'll get back here if I get stuck somewhere.

How can I make my blog "visible" to search engines?

Everybode says that in order to earn from your blog, people must find it through search engines. And that's true. But how can I make it visible to search engines? Is there something special I have to do?

mdimitrop I understand this is a good way to have traffic on my blog. But if someone searches in Google (just an example) my blog won't appear in the list. Is there a way to make it happen?

Limited Paypal, 180 days to wait?

My friend got a limited Paypal.She is asking me what will happen to her money after 180 days? Will she be able to get back the cash even if she doesn't added any debit or credit card? Please advise.

mdimitrop Your friend must send Paypal some documents, like proof of ID and proof of address. He/she can send them by fax or upload them and send them through the Internet. They will study them and most propably lift the limit, but it should take 7-10 days. His/her...
