Hello Lotters,
I 
had this picture that was shared to me by one of my friend's friend in FB.though it would have been considered easily as a hoax, but some how I had second thoughts..
Why? because one of games that i played in Facebook (Galaxy Online) is actually planning to have their sites separated from the Social Networking Site by next year. they will shutdown the server first and then open a new one w/another site attach to the server.

Still, it could be just another hoax but it will be sad if it's confirmed true. making friends in real life is not as easy as it used to. Despite of that FB has touch a lot of people and has connected several mylot people from all over the world.

Woooaaaahhhhhhhh..........is this for real? Well I live without facebook but somehow I will be sad if ever they will shut down the site because this site is one of my communication with my friends and relatives.

Hello BhabyCatch, I don't think it's real now that I have gotten some info from my friends here.Another thing is that facebook is all over the world now to use. they are totally in their prime, and the founder would definitely be an idiot for giving up facebook now. i think it will take decade before they lost their prime

is indeed another hoax. I believe my son when he says this is
'all hogwash as the makers of Facebook have said so in several
sites on the web. they have a multi million dollar site so'
why on earth with so many people loving Facebook, I anm not'
one of them , but most do love it why shut all that down?
It does not make any sense to me. I am going to do some more

I have a lot of photos there, would that mean I need to start saving them up again. I lost the copies from my laptop I also first thought of it as a hoax, but I have been reading a lot of things and said they were planning to charge the users. They might not be shutting down but charging their users means a lot of us will slowly leave facebook and we won't have any access on the site.

Hello enelym, Don't worry it was a huge hoax and I was an idiot enough to download the picture. I bet it's a photoshop made of some sort. Yeah, i remember the times where they were rumored to be some sort of distraction to keep people from using the facebook thing. Have a nice day

I am one of the millions of fans of facebook to feel so bad if it is true. I have saved tons of pictures there and i don't want to print all of them. Lol. I just hope that it will not happen just like the friendster. I lost some of my valuable pictures there. Too bad. But for now, i have to save my favorite pictures before it happens.

Hello Tess, I was a late user of facebook but I have come to like it in the long run. Well, always have your pictures in your computer before you upload it on facebook or any other social networking sites. friendster was a total disaster, i doubt but only a few people go there now to play some stupid kiddy online games

Hi Letran Knight: I think it's the game designers decision and if they want this happen, I don't see what's the point on feeling worried about it. Facebook it's not the only Social Network out there. In fact I think this might be just another hoax.

The link does not work, so I am going to assume I know what it is. I'm assuming it is the cellphone picture of a newspaper saying that facebook would shut down in march of next year? If it is that, that is a picture of a tabloid which is famous for doing fake articles. It is in fact even listed on the snopes website, which debunks hoaxes etc on the internet.
If its not that picture though, I am curious as to what it is and hope to see a working link soon.

Hello Gothini, hhahaha! I forgot to mention that the Game was planning a Facebook binding with the game account on the US Version. so, there's no way it will ever be true. i guess if it shutdowns, it will die First and stop being visited by lots of people just like what happen to myspace or friendster.
