how to lose weight

hi to all my co-mylotters..
holiday season is fast approaching. ever since, my problem is i cant resist eating sweets during this special holidays. i really love eating but i dont know how to reduce my weight after. can u suggest please on how to reduce weight in a natural way and not spending too much money..

actually I was struggle to loss weight also because I am suffering of hypothyrodism, I use to be slim but due to my problem in thyroid.I gain a lot of weight few years ago,but I manage to loss weight by doing 10 minutes walking daily and eat less at night,now I came back to normal.I started this one only 7 months ago and within a month , I see the result.

Walking really helps. When I was walking 20 minutes for 2 months maybe, in a hilly road to go to my place every day I had visibly lost weight. I never calculated how much but I went 2 sizes down on my jeans. You should also stop eating chocolates and sweets, they are so addictive I know, but you should try it. Fruits and vegetables will also fill your stomach and provide you with vitamins, so you can eat an apple in the afternoon if you feel hungry and a salad later for dinner. Above all, eat correctly and don't leave out of your nutrition important foods, you should take a little bit of everything.
You can also check if it could be something hormonic or medical, because you should see results if you did walk and eat less.

chocolates are very addictive,sometimes i cant stop myself from buying/eating them.fruits and vegetables are also in my list and i seldom eat of that.maybe its the perfect time to change my eating habits.i do not want to suffer in the future. thank you for advising me, it will help me a lot.

Watching what you eat is one of the most important way to lose weight. If you thinks sweets are responsible for your weight gain then just try not to eat those sweets or cakes. Cakes and sweets consists of fine carbohydrates which is the worst form of carbohydrates due to high calories. Exercise is also another way to lose weight like running 30 minutes a day in the park but you have to make sure that you don't eat alot after exercises. Otherwise, you will not lose any weight even with exercises.
