fayol727 losing weight during pregnancy is not advisable,you should not do that because the baby in your tummy will be affected. they wont get enough nutrients if you will do that..beter to ask your doctor so that you will be guided carefully.

fayol727 yeah exercise really helps a lot. i will do everything to stop myself from being addicted to chocolates or any sweets because it is one of the primary reason why i am not succesfull in reducing weight.
