Last thursday I'm not in a good condition and has dysmenorrhea and really in pain. Also it affected my work performance. I did not speak, I just work and have a sad face or angry face the whole duty. Then I went home 15 minutes earlier and did not clean the instruments and the clinic because I knew I can come back today to do it because it's our day off. My Doctor went mad and said to one of my fellow co-worker that If I don't want to work to Him anymore I can talk to my employer and go back to my country. This Doctor is really different, I don't know If I can stay any longer and work with Him. It's really hard.... Now, I"m thinking to talk to our employer and said what He said. Then they can decide what to do???? Hmmmm.....

Sorry but I agree with your boss. Before you go home you have to clean up everything. If you are not able to or in pain you should have said so or better stay at home.
Working in a clinic, with instruments.. you can't take the chance to come back later on a free/closed day. What if something comes in between? What if the instruments are needed. This is not the way it works or should work in a clinic.
So I advice you to go to this doctor/boss and explain to him how you felt whole day, that you did show up even you felt terrible etc.
Going to your employer and let him/her solve your problems is not the way, far from adult and if you would do that to me I would never give you any responsibility again.

Do not take any decisions under assumptions and urgent .Think about your future , he might have told all this in point of view or anger which cannot be true. You have to try and improve urself and speak out openly about the issue instead of jumping to a conclusion of quitting.

I think that however your boss behaved, it still comes back to you because you didn't held up your end of the deal. Even in pain, or with sad/angry face the whole day, you still shouldn't have left your station without cleaning the instruments.
You're in a foreign country, and there's a reason that your boss is the boss. I'm sure he or she has bigger problems to deal with. So, anybody with an objective view wouldn't look at your side kindly.
What to do? Apologize and try and explain your situation. Admit that you were wrong, and promise not to do it again. Don't give her/him any reason to let you go.
Sorry, but it's part of the job.

I think you will have to take it in your stride a bit and try to restrain from taking hasty decisions. If your job is otherwise likable and you are earning a decent salary, then you shouldn't act in haste.
Try to manage your personal issues including health with some more perseverance and give it all a little more space. A friend had this good advice for me some time back: when you feel stressed out, give it a little more space. And a bit more time. Some times bosses also work under tremendous pressure and not all of them will make it personal.
If you give it a little more space & time, may be you will see things resolve.
