I have many cats. Before they are only two(one male and one female). But months ago there's this female cat that came in our house and never leave. And now she has her kittens, 3 male and one female. When they are quite grown up we are planning to leave them in one place away from our house because they are so many now in our house and there are kinda irritating. I have 2 female mother cats. And my other female cat is now pregnant and they can still have many kittens in the future. I really feel sorry about the cats that has been thrown out of our house but there's nothing I can do. So I just want my cats to become sterile.
This past few days, there was also one kitten that was lost or maybe was thrown away also from others house. I really feel pity about the future of the kittens. I hate to abandon them so I'm planning to just stop my 2 mother cats from getting pregnant.
Is there a way for them to become sterile?

Really? wow that so good of you. I really feel sorry for the cats that we thrown. I was young so I can't do anything about it. I am actually thinking in the future to support the animal shelter because I am pro like and I don't like animals being treated badly.

I actually want to keep them all but our place is small there are no soil in our yard. So when they poop on the floor we have to clean it up. My mother is doing it everyday because my male cat doesn't poop outside our yard. I know my mom doesn't like doing it but I can't do it either.

Without paying too get them spayed and neutered no they won't become sterile. You need too take the cats to a local shelter or call your local ASPCA or animal rescue groups. It won't cost you anything, and the cats will go to good homes after they are spayed and neutered and checked by a Vet.

I actually like to take them to local shelter but it's too far from my place.

Take them to the vet. It's going to cost you, but it's worth it.
I got all four of my cats spayed and neutered and it was the best thing that I could have done for the four of them.
I once had eight kittens born in my yard. My cat, Lucky had two sisters and one brother, and the two sister had litters. One sister has three healthy kittens that I took to the shelter so that they could get adopted out, and the other sister had five kittens. Three were unhealthy, one was attacked by a predator, and the other one, Rigatoni, was adopted by someone who worked at PetSmart, and he is doing well, and he is thriving. He's probably bigger than his Uncle Lucky.
You do not want a house that is full of cats. Make three or four your limit. If you have more than that, then people will start calling you a hoarder or "the crazy cat lady", and believe me, you don't want either one of those names.
You have to go to a Veterinarian or a Vet, and it will cost you. It will not be cheap, but it is worth it because this way you will not have many more cats in your house.
Where I live, cats have to be licensed, and in order to license them, they have to have their shots, vaccinations, and they have to be spayed and neutered. If they don't have any of that, then you have to pay a pretty big fine.

You must have a really big house or place to keep them in because I could not have that many cats in my house. It would not be big enough for them.

You have to get the female cats spayed. Take them to a vet or an animal hospital, but it is easier to get the male cats fixed and cheaper. The trouble is that it will cost more for the female cats, at least $100 each unless there is a program for those of fixed income. And if the cats are pregnant, more. So it is best after the kittens have been weaned and you have to make sure the females do not go outside after the male cats. Some places, cities, etc. they only allow indoor cats, but there is a problem there in that, well the cats get into trouble =such as trying to pull down the Christmas tree.

they should get the male done too, so that they don't cause the same problem for other people too irresponsible to get their cats spayed.

Only a veterinarian can help you. It is a ma joe operation to sterilize a female, but you should take care of this right away . The males should be neutered, also, but this would not require opening up the abdomen and would be less expensive. Please reconsider dumping the unwanted kittens. In my state, it is illegal. You might even be charged with animal cruelty.

I just noticed a typo in my comment. The first part of my second sentence should read: It is a MAJOR operation.

We also have the same problem in the house, for the past 20 years the cats in our place grow in number. Some of them we throw in far away places and keep only those kittens we like to take care. They got pregnant easily, one day you will see them gave birth to kittens then a few months later they are pregnant again. However, I observed this time they don't get pregnant easily and the cat only bore 1 cat. It's really a problem.

I completely agree! If you're not going to be responsible enough to get your cats spayed and neutered, you don't deserve pets at all. Stop abandoning them, and take them to your local shelter. They will get spayed and neutered, then they will go to responsible homes.

you take them to the vet, and have them neutered.
you are not in a position to compain about your cats becoming pregnant if you then go on to say you're going to abandon a litter of kittens. and how can you say there is nothing you can do. there IS something you can do. and that's to be a responsible cat owner.
neuter your cats, so that un-neutered cats cannot get them pregnant and so that they cannot get other peoples cats pregnant.
don't abandon un-neutered kittens into the world, so they can spend their life going around breeding and making the problem worse. re-home them with responsible people who will have them neutered.
you complain about cats breeding, but people like you make the problem worse. so it's a problem of your own creation.
if you can't take responsibility for your cats, don't have cats in the first place.
and don't just neuter your females. have the male done as well so that you are not causing the same problem for other cat owners.

I was young, my mother always clean the mess my pets put inside the house. There's nothing I can do because I was young and I don't stay much in our house that's why my mother is the only one who clean every mess they make, every poop they do. And I feel sorry about my mom too because I know she doesn't like doing it everyday. And our house always stink when my male cat poop in the yard. Here in our place, cats here are not expensive. All of them are street cats. And my new female cat is just a stray cat who just came in our house and eat my cats food. At first I didn't welcome her but she didn't leave or keep on coming back that why I just let her stay and now she bear 3 male and 1 female cats. That's why I created this thread is because I want to know more on how to stop it. If I know about it I woudn't make this thread.

Your cats will not become sterile unless you take them to the vet and have them spayed and neutered. People like you are the reason there are so many abandoned animals on the planet. If you're not responsible enough to have them spayed or neutered, you're not responsible enough to have pets at all. If you can't afford to spay and neuter them, take them to the local animal shelter. They'll spay and neuter them, then give them to people who are responsible enough to take care of them.

Here in our place all cats are street cats. Cats that don't have breed or doesn't have a cost. That's why everyone here don't really take them to vets. And I don't see any vets near my place. That's why many people don't know about spaying and neutering the cats including me. That's why I'm glad I asked it here. I want to give thanks to mylot because if not for mylot I will not know about it.

You have a moral obligation to find homes for those kittens. Animals are not "things" that can be tossed out and left to fend for themselves. They deserve a home and love just as people do. Get your cats fixed. Find a low cost spay/neuter or animal rescue program in your area. If you can't afford to get the males fixed, fix the females at least. Even grown cats cannot fend for themselves. People who have pets need to understand this is a life long commitment. You don't just get rid of one because it's bigger or older. Try fending for yourself on the street for a month and see how it feels. Maybe get hit by a car, or abused by cruel people.
