Dkprincess6 I see no reason to not let your children play in the water and sand. It's a good idea to not let them go in too deep, which is what you do, and make sure you're watching them, especially younger children. I don't see how it can harm them. They're only children...

Dkprincess6 My son didn't crawl at all. I wouldn't be worried. My son went from scooting around on his butt, to standing up and walking. Like the others have said, all babies develop differently, and some very healthy children skip steps all together.
