They updated maybe a week or two ago nothing problems since. My clients email me through there. I can't view anything from the computer or cellphone. I had a few clients show up at my job wondering if something happened.

I have a microsoft email account but haven't checked it in awhile. It's for my xbox live. My grandfather has hotmail and he says it's changed a great deal and he doesn't like it. Hotmail always had issues when I used it regularly.

So far, I haven't had any trouble, but who knows what will happen April 8th when Messenger becomes Skype. One of my friends upgraded early too, and he can't tell when I'm online anymore.

I never updated, but it changed for the emails. I rarely use messenger but I do use Skype, I wonder when they will start charging people to use the service.

I updated to Outlook when I got the first notice, but didn't like the look of it so switched back to Hotmail for the duration.

I don't like the new version of Hotmail because it seems its design is slower than before. I don't want beautiful design and I still prefer to the simple design. But there is no way. It seems that Hotmail has to upgrade it.

I've actually never had a hotmail account that I check on a regular basis. The reason for this is that our ISP does provide a really good email service that I prefer over any of the free accounts. I know some people wouldn't do this, but since I'm able to access my email anywhere that I am with my computer, I really do think that the ISP email is the best option for me. That really stinks that you've been missing some important emails because of the issues that hotmail has been having for you.

I haven't had any problems either. I don't like the new look, but everything is still working fine. I don't know what else to tell you. Have you tried calling MSN to see what they can do for you?

Yes, MSN has been sending alerts for months that msn/hotmail/live mail would become Outlook. I actually like the new interface because it is more streamlined and not bloated with a bunch of buzzers and bells. BUT I don't use it since I use the Windows Live Mail client to handle all my e-mail accounts. Currently, I have 6 msn accounts, 1 hotmail account and 2 live accounts and have noticed no problems with any of them through Windows Live. I don't have all of them set up on my phone, but those I do have still work OK. *knocking on wood* Whenever they start sending out alerts, I usually go ahead and update early. That way I can feel out any bugs, hiccups, or other potential problems and also get used to any changes that may have taken place. Could this be an issue in Canada perhaps?
