I love coffee, I love the taste if it's sweet. But my mum tells me that I can't drink it since I am still young (before)... she says it will make it hard for me to sleep and even make me dull. I am now older but still she doesn't let me drink coffee that much. Are there any benefits we can have from drinking coffee?

There are many benefits as least as you do not drink too many coffees per day. Two are just enough to be healthy for you. First of all this is the easiest and the most pleasant way to make you open you eyes in the morning. Secondly the coffee helps you clean your body- it works like the black and the green tea. And the last thing I know is that it helps if your blood pressure is low.

I am not sure about it. I don't like its taste so I never use such coffee if it can be called coffee. It is more like a chemicals to me. I love the aroma of coffee when I go into the room in the morning and my parents drink instant coffee so when I go there I smell nothing.

Coffee is a good antioxidant. It relieves stress in our body and mind. But there is also disadvantage of it. When you drink to much of it, you will take to much caffeine that could be bad for the health. So we should drink it moderately. Our company doctor advices us that we should only drink coffee once a day.

Coffee has antioxidants in it. Although be sure to drink just one cup a day and drink it in the morning so that the caffeine will not alter your sleeping patterns. I'm not sure if the health benefits are retained in the 3-in1 instant coffee though.

They say that drinking coffee is good because it has anti cancer properties. But they also do say that drinking green tea is better for the body because of its healing properties. Both of them have caffeine. There are other options now of caffeine free teas.

Everything has its pros and cons. It depends on how much you take something in your body. Everything that's taken too much is bad for yous health. Coffee for instance, if taken too much makes it harder for a person to sleep and might cause heart palpitations. Health wise, coffee is a known anti oxidant. It lessens the risk of you having hypertension, diabetes and you may less likely to suffer symptomatic gallstones.

It was said on TV that coffee is an anti-oxidant. Secondly, it was said that having at least 2 cups of it everyday is good for our liver. I guess, i don't qualify for the second one because i only drink coffee during breakfast , to perk me up or sometimes when i feel so sleepy after lunch.

There is a new type of coffee that has a ingredient in it that is very good for us. Organo and it has ganoderma extract in it. Other than that I don't know of any health benefits other than the caffiene,

Drinking coffee for me is a daily ritual. My day is not complete without drinking a cup of coffee. It starts, the time I wakes up in the morning. The most is 5 cups for me in a day. Drinking coffee provides us with higher levels of antioxidants, I guess it's the same as drinking tea. This antioxidants helps strengthen our immune system, in a way for us not to get sick. But my advise is, do it in moderation because all that is too much can be dangerous too.

I like to drink coffee. It is a booster. Drinking a cup of coffee in the morning helps me to the work pleasantly. Daily drinking of coffee can prevent the risk of prostate cancer. But intake of large quantity of coffee is not good for health.

Let's face it honestly, for those who like it, drink the coffee is always a pleasure. In my opinion we should not exaggerate the consumer, because the product contains caffeine which is a little bad for your health. Many of my friends drink decaf for example, the I've never tried, probably of that kind he could drink more cups during the day. For those who have trouble sleeping, always in my opinion, the coffee is counterproductive.

Drinking coffee doesn't seem bad. Your mom is right, drinking coffee might give you hard time to sleep. That's why some people drink coffee to fight sleepiness especially if they're working late. I heard that drinking coffee has a lot of benefits like: It helps in increasing alertness, caffeine from coffee is a well known stimulant and is know to increase alertness in individuals. Caffeine dilates and opens up the airways, and is great for those who face breathing problems. It is also rich in antioxidants, this protect our body from free radical damage. I hope this help.

I do understand coffee has that aromour and fragrance which drags any one to have one as it smells good. However i can say many drink tea more than coffee. As too much of coffee can affect the heart and many do get heart attacks with lot of coffee. Take only little of it and not that frequent. As your mother says that your still young you better go for some health drinks.
