morning yoga makes me a fresh day~~

last week,mother said that i was getting a little bit fat.i know it's true.coz during the final weeks,i have no time to exercise and eat more due to the cold weather without heater in our dorm. Today's my first day of winter holiday,i got up,opened my heater,put on my yoga suit,then i've done it for 30min, i feel good about myself,my eyes are clearer, head is not that heavy, joints are more flexible... i remebered the days when i was as a yoga instructor(partime job last summer),i led a very regular life ,eat vegetables and a little fish and meat,i work four hours a day,but i don't feel tired,we discussed together after a days' exercise...i remembered that time when i came home mom said i'm in good shape and good color skin... i want it back,,,this summmer i'll keep yogaing,lead a healthy life and maybe i'll write some feelings to share...

I also want to learn how to do a yoga, but just don't have the time to do so. Meantime, i make it a point now, that in the morning i do some 10 minutes exercise, before i take a bath. Or i could just do a hard shaking of my whole body, arms and legs while standing in front of our whole body mirror. That makes me perked up prior to bathing.

hard shaking? don't overdo it ~~~ some easy movements ,stretching would help,you can really feel that it relax your body,make your joints flexible,makeyour muscle repowered again,ect...maybe you take one step a day,it'll be a huge difference over a decade~~~

It's just like dancing vigorously, swinging the arms and legs for 10 minutes. Actually, last Sunday, i did some dancing along with the danceable tune i heard over the radio. It was really nice to be able to dance like that.

Yoga is really a great exercise for the body and the mind. I also do yoga for 30mins everyday. It helps keep my head sane from juggling all the tasks that I need to do.

hello, That is good for you. I dont know how to yoga maybe you can share some tips about it. I did not do exercise but I walk because I know this is one of the good exercise. Well, i am not that fat at all but I wanted to be because people notice me of getting thin. I am really having a hard time to keep myself fat especially in the face. So, please tell me some tips on how to reduce my fat on my belly not on my face.

Doing yoga is such great way for girl to lose weight.And this is healthy to our body.Once i tried to practice but it's a little bit hard for me,anyway,i will try anyway that healthy to protect myself.lol,have a nice day.I just really wanna experience the freshness of the day.

Its good to make sports morning , i go 4 days per week to gym lift some weights
