Does anyone knows about any certified or authentic site wherein we could work part time online? Like to make corrections or modifications, participate in surveys or data entry job. I tried it once with a certain company but it turned out to be a fake company. Please feel free to post links if you personally tried it.

Odesk is a great site to find a variety of different types of online jobs. There are literally hundreds of new jobs posting every hour in a wide range of categories, depending on your skills. This is the only site I use for finding freelance contracts because they have a system set up that protects both parties from being scammed. I definitely recommend you check it out if you are serious about earning a decent online income.

I joined this site several months ago. But until now i have not done one real task. I once got two interview invitations, but when i replies, there was no answer from them. I have not visited this site for a long time. I know this site is legit, but i am still wondering how can i receive real tasks to do.

Hello aprilsong,
We are on the same boat.
I registered several months ago in Odesk but when I tried to look for a job, you need to bid.
And there are many workers to beat.
Being a novice in the site makes it very difficult to win a bid.
So I tried my luck in other writing sites and was able to land many orders as I can. There are even customers who request for my service however there are also times where orders are scarce so I need to shift from other sites to earn a dime!

Try Teletech and West at home - both of them hire customer service agents to work from their homes for companies like UPS and Home Depot. They start you out around 10 per hour. Best of luck to you.

Hi Maam, is this possible even if you are living in the Philippines?

I have the same query as longbangod TrvlArrngr. I'm curious if they only hire customer service agents from the US or from other countries as well. If they hire outside the US, his will be a great opportunity for me and longbangod. I will search more about this on the web. Thanks for the info!

First and foremost, welcome back to myLot buddy. It seems you are out here for how many years already. Like me I am also inactive lately because of my regular job. Aside from that I am planning to go home by the end of April this year. Maybe after all the hectic schedule I experience lately, I will spend again most of my time here in myLot soon.
Based on my knowledge several sites who offer an easy money like completing surveys and many more but the problem not all members can participate because it's limited only to some countries like USA, CANADA and UK. Most of Asian countries are not among of them.

yeah, maybe you have seen many sites that you can earn money online. but in fact, you should not count on it so much as many sites can give you money but with additional requirements. It is not so easy to earn money online. But one point I dare to say that doing all these surveys or other online-earning activity is good for you to gain more updating information. so you also get something in this process and do not depend on how much you can get from the internet online.
thank you.

there's not such a thing like a certified cite online. If you are willing to generate a more stable income I strongly suggest you to try out with sites like triond, to write articles, or guru reviews. Actually there are some legit translating companies, but you have to provide proof you have the skills to do it, like scanned certified diplomas or college titles. Good luck.

Have you ever tried microtask or freelance site? There're some various real works to do there, demanding by some real "employer".
Here is the list:
ELANCE, FREELANCER, GURU, GENUINEJOBS, ODESK, MINUTEWORKERS, MICROWORKERS, MTURK, MINIFREELANCE.
