I heard that there are lots of things available in the market, but one of my friend told me to apply baking soda on teeth or hydrogen peroxide on daily usage as it helps to get shine on the teeth so it is good or not to apply all type of stuffs orally ? friends do you have any other remedies to clean and shine teeths.......

I will agree I've heard of brushing your teeth with salt. A friend of mine when I was a teenager used to brush her teeth that way.

Yes i think it can, i've been using some baking soda with some hydrogen peroxide, but you can only do this once a week. That's what i know, But usually i just use baking soda and mixed it with my toothpaste. You should try it sometime.

I wish strawberries are always in season so that I can brush my teeth with those once a day. Yummy! I didn't know that baking soda scratches enamel, well I didn't use too much, I just mixed it with my toothpaste once a week. I'm a coffee and tea drinker that's why my teeth becomes yellow easily. I wouldn't want to gargle hydrogen peroxide on my mouth, that stuff is nasty.

I would definitely not recomend you to brush your teeth with baking soda. It scratches the top layer of your teeth off. It will make it shinier, but will also make it more brittle. There is another way instead of getting them whitened, I know it sounds a little bit crazy but I have found that it really works. Brush your teeth with strawberries. The strawberries contain a certain kind of juice, that make your teeth whiter. Good luck
