Mylot Holiday?

NO NO. I do not take leave from mylot. May be I will not post more on a few days. I may post one or two responses. On other days when I have mood I will post 20/30 responses. Today is such a day when I will post around 20 responses.

Oh yeah, I do take a break. Usually happens when I go somewhere. Like in May last year, I went to visit my mom, then didn't get back to Lotting for some 2/3 months. More recently, went to visit my husband's family for Christmas and New Year, and didn't do any Lotting for more than a month. Just been back from that break actually. Today's my first day back. There were times when I thought I could not get back on it, but then I always get back somehow.

I don't intentionally take a break from myLot. I GO on myLot whenever I can and the rest is up to life. With two little ones on the go, I only find pockets of time to be able to sit in front of the computer. Last year I was on myLot on and off . . . I'd be gone for a day or two or often longer - but I never planned it that way - it just happened. Why isn't myLotting go well with you? In order to do "well" here, you have to come here continually and participate. Otherwise, if you are not here for the money like many people are, then it will always be worth your time to come here.

I take a break, sometime long break due to preouccupation. But I am with myLot mentally.It is one of best forum available for chat with international membres.

At least one day a week for the sake of my sanity. I mean, even the things we love the most, if we see them every day, we might eventually get just the most tiny bit tired of them. It allows me to return better than ever if I return with a vengeance on another that. That day tends to be about Saturday more often than not, it just seems like the perfect jumping off point. Still there are just times where I just got to take a step back. MyLot is a great website, but the same old routine each and every day is just going to be something that is going to really be a bit boring. There will be times to mix many things up and rather kick things in a different direction. A day off does a wonder with regarding the batteries.

I agree with you. When I spend too much time in one day in myLot, usually, on the next day, I don't feel motivated to spend the same amount of time in myLot. I only come here when I'm excited to discuss with the others myLotters otherwise is just waste of time, because my answers would be very bad.

I never go holidays for mylot..I usually spend 8 hours in mylot everyday.. I never skip a day on it..maybe the reason why is I am enjoying it so much,..I learned so many things from you guys everyday..

Hi srik11, I don't purposely take a break from myLot. I stay away from this site just because I'm too busy with other errands or can't access internet or going for vacation. I have lots of fun reading and typing posts here. mine is the exact opposite and I don't ever feel bored doing post here. My day would be tedious if mylot is no longer to be found in my my screen Happy posting

Take a break and you'll come back refreshed.

i dont think i will break or make special day for breaking now this is sunday in my place.. but online is need for me.. so i think i can`t spend one day without internet

I'l take the day or afternoon off for a little bit to either nap or spend time with my husband when he is home from work I already spend all day with my daughter.

I usually take my off when I am busy with things or that I need to go somewhere. Well this month I am gonna take my 5 days off. If I am not busy I don't leave myLot. I do come regularly even posting one or two comments only, I try to log on here.

I try to be active on mylot when i am free because on some days i do not get time to login, so i need to compensate. I am posting today after 10 days so i want to be active but some how after this break i am feeling lazy to post.

Yes, I normally take intermittent breaks from myLot, especially during the times when I am busy with work or have other urgent matters to deal with. But as I am on a long holiday for the next month, I might be pretty regular then since I would have quite a lot of time on my hands. But after the holiday, I am most likely to go back to how it was before........

I usually go well with mylot and i feel so happy spending time here.I wirte it everyday and since tomorrow i'm gonna go home and spend many hours on train ride,therefore,maybe i will leave some days for mylot.But it's indeed a good place for us to share and express our ideas.lol,have a nice day.

Yes, sometimes I don't really feel like thinking on responses for some topics in myLot. That is usually when I come home tired and exhausted from work. But I don't have specific days when I don't do myLotting. It just depends on my mood and energy level. As much as possible, I try to do myLotting everyday. It already become a habit for me to check in at myLot. But at times, inactivity really comes to a point because of some real life issues. I guess, that would be my myLot holiday. Also, I don't do myLot when I am away due to a vacation or out partying. It is hard to concentrate on myLotting when you are doing these things.

hi srik, I have not taken a holiday from my lot but I was off the computer totally from the wednesday before Christmas until last week,,,first of all I wasn't feeling well and I this laptop is so slow...I sent the other one to be repaired...So I just did nothing on the computer...I had over 1400 emails when I did return to the computer...but after a few days off I felt good not doing absolutely nothing.....and enjoyed my family doing the holidays. I have only been here since Oct of last year so I am not on everyday...I haven't gotten hooked yet even tho I truly enjoy my time here...

I will ... ... specially when it run very very slow. I forced me to have a little holiday!

Hi Srik11, Since I have work, I couldn't go on mylotting most of the time in here but as much as possible, I tend to go online and see around..just to come up and see what's the latest. It feels great to be in this site always...and I am happy that I got the chance to have a small time to be in here. Every time I go off from work and if I am not tired, I would tend to log in and post on the discussions of my interest. It feels great to be posting in here. Have a nice day.
