Hi my main and most important blog is about Car design education http://www.lucianobove.blogspot.com
This blog is becoming a sort of well renomated site for this kind of subject, most of my traffic comes from all planet young design students.
One year ago I decided to open a new one called Eco Green Design and it is about sustainable design and industrial design. This blog is starting to become regular in its visits slowly improving.

Tips on blogging ... that's an ongoing classroom. You're doing well on facebook. So that's what I would use--a lot! Engage with your followers like you do with MyLot friends. And visit other blog, leave a comment. It's where you can actually publish a link to your blog. It's a start.

I think a good blogger has to think of who they want and who might be reading their blogs. What do you want to say to these people? What is it you want or need to impart to these people? I have a blog but i haven't kept up on it in quite a while. I just don't have anything to say right now.

I am currently maintaining 3 blogs. One is all about home and family matters, the other is all about health and the other is about places to see around my country. I've not been really active in updating them but this year I promise I'd keep them updated all the time. I hope to make good money from my blog this year (by God's grace). I think we need to invest time and effort if we want our blogs to succeed. I've neglected this thing so my blogs are not making money at all.

I found a young father on Twitter: Tentblogger. This guy makes $44,000 a year. I am literally sitting in his classroom learning how he does it. It takes time, he has lots to teach and it's all free. I'm nowhere near where he is but I've seen my blog stats gradually go upward. Hang in there, God's grace is all you need sometimes, don't give up and you'll get there. I actually help people start up their blogs. I have five clients so far. Hey, it's a living.

Aside from the usual academic writing I need to complete and being a member here, my blog only includes lines I find meaningful from books I have read. Does my collection even really count as a blog? I read different books, mark lines I find very interesting and worth remembering and put them together as online posts. My blog can be likened to a notebook of my notes from these books. These same notes help me remember the important events in those books and how I enjoyed reading them. Does this hobby count?

Why don't you just do book reviews. People are always looking for reviews. But yes, that counts as blogging. Be careful about those copyright laws.

I used to write in my blog daily but over the last few months it's become a weekly thing instead. Lately I have been struggling with my own short stories and poetry so I haven't felt inspired enough to write a post for my followers to read. I generally blog about anything that comes to mind, so long as it's media related i.e. music, movies, books etc.

Making your apps for cell phones? I'm not quite sure what you're talking about but it sounds complicated. Would probably be a really good blog.

I'm not an author, but a blogger. I'm also on Twitter a lot, and I see a lot of authors there who have used it effectively not just to promote their books but to interact with readers (and potential readers) and get feedback on their books, tour, etc.
Two of the best authors at using Twitter are Susan Orlean and Rebecca Skloot (author of "The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks").

Yeah, authors using social network sites to promote themselves is pretty popular and an amazing tool. You can message me with your info. I love following bloggers, tweeps and such.
