frozenshield my question only is im only in lvl 0 account and i have 20referals whch means $20 comission, if their position expired and i earned my comission can i used it to upgrade my level??

I recently stumbled across a site that pays its members to post like here at mylot. I was just wondering if anyone uses postloop and if they have actually been paid? I dont want to signup for something that will not pay. :)
